You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will make sure you get the correct item/non-defective item without any cost to you. In a situation where the return is due to the buyer’s error, or the buyer simply no longer wants the product, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns Policy for integrated units:
On account of the fact that shipping cost integrated units being high, Bio Bidet and/or VOVO Do NOT accept any returns due to the unit being an incorrect size, measurement, shape, incompatible with the customer’s installation setup or the customer simply changing their mind. Please make sure you measure your setup correctly before placing an order
For issues of a unit arriving damaged or missing parts, due to the large dimension and weight, a white glove curbside service will be used for delivery. The same method of shipping must be used for returns of damaged or missing parts to avoid further damages during transit.: Claims for damaged and/or missing items must be received within 5 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If there is any shipping damage, please do not sign for the package. Instead, send an email with pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org or text pictures of the damage to 803 219 2737, and reject delivery. Be sure to reference either your full name as it appears on the order or your order number. If the shipper will not allow you to check the package, ask them make a note that further inspection is required, and make sure they sign it. Check the shipment immediately after they leave.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We accept returns or exchanges on new and unused bidet seats and attachments within 30 days of shipment date. New and unused means the bidet has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in resaleable condition.
Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of RMA issuance or will be rejected for refund.
Bidet toilet combination units and open box items are on final sale and returns are not accepted (manufacturer warranty applies in the event of damage or defect).
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Within the US, returns must be shipped via UPS or Fedex with insurance, BidetSplashes.com is not liable for damages incurred during shipment. Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued. DO NOT ship returns to our corporate mailing address.
Refunds will be given to qualifying returns with a valid RMA. Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for refund to appear as a credit on your bank statement. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns with missing or damaged parts. Please note that we will deduct the original cost of shipping from the refund regardless if your item was originally shipped to you for free.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
